Hello! I’m Andrew Jackson
I’m a full time wedding photographer based in the west of Scotland, working with couples all across Scotland. Before focusing on weddings, I spent years shooting portraits, editorials, and commercial commissions from performers and business leaders to interiors and creative campaigns. That experience taught me to anticipate the honest, unscripted moments that tell a deeper story. It’s the same instinct I bring to every wedding I photograph.
Weddings are emotional, unpredictable, joyful, sometimes chaotic, and I thrive in that space. I’m not here to direct your day or turn it into a photo shoot. My approach is quiet, grounded, and documentary in style. I blend in, stay calm, and let the day unfold so your images feel natural, real, and full of meaning.
If you’re the kind of couple who values connection over perfection, and who wants to feel at ease in front of the camera, I think we’ll get on well. And if you usually hate being photographed, even better. You’re exactly my kind of client.
Jackson’s Wedding Photography is built on simplicity, trust, and a love of genuine human moments. If you’re looking for a Scotland wedding photographer who’ll respect your space and capture your story with care, I’d be honoured to work with you.
Weddings Across Scotland and Beyond
Whether your wedding is in Glasgow, Edinburgh, the Highlands, or further afield, I’m here to photograph it with care and attention. My approach is flexible and people focused. Some moments call for quiet observation, others for a little gentle direction. Either way, the goal is always the same — to make you feel comfortable and present, so that the photos reflect who you really are.
I work with couples across Scotland and occasionally beyond, from local venues to rural hideaways. If your story takes us somewhere new, I’m happy to travel.
If you want wedding photographs that feel relaxed, honest, and deeply personal, I’d love to hear from you. Let’s have a conversation about what matters most to you and how we can tell that story together.
